ITALY - 2025
I returned to Italy again in May, again planning to go on press in Trento, Italy. This time I would undertake the challenge of being on press for two new books at the same time, so there was not only a great deal of planning with the entire team (graphic designers, publisher and printer), there was a heightened anticipation that something special was about to come to fruition with these two very special book projects.
Italy never ceases to both surprise and amaze me - each region is not only unique, but even with extensive research and planning, there are always events that unfold that lead to wonderful visual explorations. There is a noticeable vibe upon arrival at any Italian airport that you have landed full blast into a culture that is fully aware of a rich past and very active present.
